Job Description

  • Fresh Graduate can apply. Candidate that have relevant experience will be an advantages.
  • Candidate must fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantages.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • 5.5 Working Days (Negotiable)
  • Work location at Sentul
Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
