Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative and operational support to company leadership and sales department
Supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, data entry and attend to courier service personnel
Making travel & lodging arrangements, preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
Updating company records
Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment. Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
Perform all other duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in any field
At least 2-3 year's experience in administrative services or related field. Experience with SAP system will be an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
Good command of communication skills
Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
Good interpersonal skills
Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Fully vaccinated for covid-19
