Job Description

  • Required language: English and Mandarin. Mandarin reader is a must as need to liaise with Mandarin speaker internal & external customer.
  • Required skills: Communication & listening skills, Business etiquette, Detail oriented, Organising skills
  • Microsoft Office & IT-savvy, comfortable working with systems.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible in data entry of document.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist Sales & Service team in handling private & confidential documents and filling.
  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
  • Organise and monitor office set up and tidiness.
  • Support in administering staff attendance & leave record.
  • Organise event and function for office personnel.
  • Assist management in consolidating reports.
  • Provide general support to customer when required.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
