We\'re in search of a Customer Service Representative to bolster our dedicated team and uphold our commitment to excellence.Position Overview:We are in need of a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by delivering administrative support and coordinating various tasks and functions. If you possess keen attention to detail, resourcefulness, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we eagerly await your application.Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate insurance quotations tailored to customer needs and policy requirements.
  • Prepare cover notes for approved insurance policies.
  • Obtain necessary documents from customers to facilitate cover note issuance.
  • Review cover notes and customer-submitted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, facilitating policy activation.
  • Communicate with insurance providers to track pending approval cases and ensure timely processing.
  • Address customer complaints and inquiries regarding cover notes, providing exemplary service and resolutions.
  • Maintain organized records of insurance policies, cover notes, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the insurance team to enhance administrative processes and workflows.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and support functions as required by management.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and quick learner.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, cover notes, and related processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree or relevant insurance certifications (preferred).
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
  • This role is open only for local candidates.
