JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Payroll Administrations (Malaysia & Singapore) i.e. Monthly payroll processing, submission of statutory report to relevant government body, yearly Malaysia EA form & Singapore Income Tax IR8A form & etc. and ensure it is accordance to statutory requirement.
  • Leave Administrations i.e. Monitoring of staff daily attendance & leave records and update into relevant system & worksheet.
  • Employee Administrations i.e. Newly join, confirmation, resignation & etc.
  • Preparation of HR & Admin monthly report i.e. OT, attendance, headcount & etc.
  • General Administrations i.e. Medical claim, staff insurance, company handphone, staff entitlement, minutes taking & etc.
  • Activate and manage recruitment and selection process upon received of approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF), understand from the hiring manager on the job description, qualification, skills and knowledge required of the job vacancy.
  • Coordinate & organize employee engagement program & work closely with HR team to ensure achievement of the event objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferably Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any related studies.
  • Preferably 1 years and above related working experience in Human Resource Management or Administrative job or fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Malaysia & Singapore Employment Act.
  • Experience on HRIS such as EPE Payroll software, Smart Touch TMS software & etc.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin for liaise with internal & external parties.
  • Able to work independently and take pressure.
  • Good time management and meticulous.
