Job Responsibility Able to handle day to day operations of HR functions and duties. Process HR s documentation (Personal File, Leave Records, Attendance, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion & etc). Assist in payroll preparation which includes Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction. Maintains management guideline and Human Resource Policies. Responsible for day to day administrative assignments given by superior. Job Requirements Possess Certificate or Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent qualification. Organized, disciplined, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision. Possess strong sense of commitment and time management. Ability to SPEAK IN MANDARIN Required Languages : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided. Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
