Job Description


Opening with a finance multinational in PJ. Reporting to Admin Manager. Responsibilities To perform administration duties which include:

  • Handle administration of stationery end to end process for Head Officer & Regional Office.
  • Handle archiving Management and Fixed Asset Management.
  • Handling Season Car Park Management, Preparing Payment Request & Ad-hoc request by respective Department and Regional office.
  • Manage office maintenance include office safety and security & coordinating general administration function.
  • Participate in Kaizen.
  • To handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior/Manager.
Requirement
  • Diploma in Business Study/Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in office administration or similar filed.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Good English
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,820.01 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
