Handling of quotation, order processing and invoicing
Updating of order and liaises with suppliers for any outstanding order.
Assist in updating record into the company database and prepare reports to management.
Able to prepare & handle invoices, logistics and office maintenance.
Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record.
Handle daily administrative activities including reception duties.
Perform any other duties as and when assign by the management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ms Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table) Savvy.
