Vacancy - Admin Executive RM1800-2200 - EPF, Socso, Performance Bonus - Friendly working environment - Training will be provided Job Responsibility : 1. Perform administration task such as handling sales order by system, data entry, etc. 2. Manage documentation and do filing. 3. Managing and assisting on the day-to-day business operations & inventory management 4. To coordinate with the warehouse and logistics department for the goods delivery schedule 5. To assist in ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time Job Requirements: - Candidates must possess with SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Studies/Business Administration or equivalent - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Required skills : Computer literate (Particularly MS Word, MS excel), administration, operational, detail oriented - Excellent communications and organisational skills - Able to work independently with minimum supervision - Able to start immediately will be an added advantage - Willing to work at Semenyih area
