Tanggungjawab1.xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0To ensure process of registration of all vehicles, (sales invoices, invoices for disbursement of H/P Loan paperwork for MYEG & JPJ ownership transfer)2.xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0To prepare and monitor the insurance cover policy and road tax., as well for renewal.3.xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0To monitor and coordinate fleet process of all new unit vehicles.4.xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0To handle, distribute and compile incoming and outgoing correspondence between branch and head office.5.xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0To monitor daily booking report, sales registration report, daily collection report and registration report submission of whole admin department in timely manner.6.xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0To monitor and keep record of all vehicles purchases and relevant documents.7.xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Undertake other administrative support duties as assignedManfaat
