Admin Executive To Director

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to support our strong business growth. This position will work closely with our Director to provide administrative support. The position will be guided and trained to have extensive knowledge of the organisation, and will represent the Director in both external and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • co-ordinating tasks across the regional teams - including allocating tasks and tracking project progress
  • prepare and disseminate communication to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of director
  • screening calls/emails, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately
  • maintaining office systems, including office management, data management and filings
  • assist with the hiring and onboarding processes of key positions in joining the organization
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details, honesty and reliability
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
  • Degree holder in Law, Business or related fields, with at least 2 - 4 years of working experience
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
