  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
  • At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Attention to detail and collaboration ability.
  • Cheerful and lively personality, good appearance and temperament, and friendly.
  • Those with Human Resources experience will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
  • Managing front desk and perform as a receptionist.
  • Ensure and upkeep the reception is always clean and tidy.
  • Managing and developing recruitment process and any other HR matters from time to time.
  • Set up interviews and coordination with potential candidates from time to time.
  • Responsible for weekly, daily and monthly statistics on the attendance of employees and archiving of attendance data.
  • All administrative tasks including general errands as and when required.
  • Manage and handle company assets correspondence, stationery, mobile reload and pantry replenishment as and when required.
  • Responsible to handle and liaise with external suppliers, contractors and Property Management when deemed necessary.
  • Assessing cleaner performance to upkeep and maintain workplace cleanliness.
  • Assist Superior to complete the Company\'s administrative and Human Resources affairs.
