Job Description

Responsibilities



Process and manage prescriptions and orders in accordance with SOPs and regulations Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics on order status and delivery timelines Prepare labels, delivery orders, and invoices Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation and filing systems Arrange courier deliveries and track order progress Handle general office administration and incoming calls Post company updates and seasonal greetings on social media Ensure pharmacy documentation complies with MOH and internal SOPs Support pharmacists during audits and inspections

HR Support



Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance Handle staff claims, overtime, and company properties Support performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters Coordinate staff and company events

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field Admin/HR experience is an advantage Good organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel Able to handle confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
