Manage the entire spectrum of recruitment and staffing activities to meet the hiring goals.
Draft and post job advertisements and work closely with recruitment agencies.
Shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and reference checks; and make offers to the successful candidates.
Conduct on boarding and induction programmes.
Responsible for the full scope of monthly payroll administration.
Ensure compliance to policies and propose recommendations for improvements on existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to enhance efficiency and staff retention.
Administer diverse types of personnel administration and its related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, etc.
