  • Manage the entire spectrum of recruitment and staffing activities to meet the hiring goals.
  • Draft and post job advertisements and work closely with recruitment agencies.
  • Shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and reference checks; and make offers to the successful candidates.
  • Conduct on boarding and induction programmes.
  • Responsible for the full scope of monthly payroll administration.
  • Ensure compliance to policies and propose recommendations for improvements on existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to enhance efficiency and staff retention.
  • Administer diverse types of personnel administration and its related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, etc.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
