Job Description

Position: Admin & HR Executive



Responsibilities:



Handle full HR and admin functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management. Manage hiring process: posting, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, orientation, and exits. Coordinate payroll, tax, final payments, attendance, and leave with Finance. Review and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and support business needs. Oversee office admin tasks: supplies, travel, correspondence, and records. Work with cross-functional and HK teams on HR initiatives. Support employee engagement and ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:



Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field. 3-4 years' experience in HR and admin. Familiar with Malaysia employment laws. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Independent, proactive, and organized. Strong communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese speaker is an advantage. Immediate availability preferred.
