You must at least have a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Admin, Human Resource or equivalent.
You must at least have 2 to 4 years of working experience in HR & Admin
Able to speak and write fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, organized, and result-oriented.
Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory esp. MS Word and Excel
Have some experience using Canva for simple graphics work for staff engagement.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment including learning new processes and systems with self-initiative.
Preference is given to those who live close to office locations such as Ara Damansara, Subang Jaya, PJ, Sg Buloh, and Shah Alam areas.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate data for HR-related and employee-related data.
Assist in the recruitment, scheduling of interviews, and onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Staff engagement sending welcome messages for staff onboarding and sending birthday greetings.
Provide HR administrative support, including travel visas for employees, government license applications, salary surveys, preparing offer letters, and any other related documentation.
Manage employee insurance benefits, and claims including onboarding of new hires and termination of benefits for resigned employees with an appointed insurance broker.
Assist in company secretarial matters.
Preparing and formatting of CVs/Profiles of candidates for client submission.
Analyze and generate required HR reports for decision-making.
Responsible for undertaking any HR or Admin tasks as and when assigned.
Support day-to-day office administration such as office procurement processes, call answering, and daily office administrative tasks.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
