Job Description


Your role will encompass all HR aspects, including recruitment, performance management, policy administration, financial forecasting, and administrative functions. You\'ll also liaise between HR and Finance departments to ensure an integrated approach to business strategies.

  • Bachelor\'s in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in HR with a strong focus on finance and administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, financial software, and solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
