Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Assist in general office operations such as filing, data entry, and document organisation. Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic enquiries professionally. Assist in preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, and other administrative documents. Coordinate courier services, mailings, and office supplies. Support day-to-day office tasks to maintain a well-organised working environment.

Human Resources Assistance



Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and onboarding forms. Support onboarding for new employees, including preparing materials and conducting basic briefings. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring proper documentation. Help with attendance tracking, leave monitoring, and HR system updates.

Other Tasks



Assist in compiling and submitting monthly claims and staff movement updates. Support management in research tasks and simple reporting when needed. Handle any other administrative or HR tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements



Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or any related field. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
