Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
At least 1 year of working experience in administration or HR (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documents and employee files
Support recruitment processes such as interview scheduling and candidate documentation
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR database
Handle general correspondence, internal memos, and HR notices
Assist with employee welfare activities and internal events
Maintain proper filing systems for HR documents (manual and digital)
