The Admin Intern will be placed under the HR Department and will provide administrative and operational support to daily HR and office functions. This role is ideal for interns who want hands-on exposure in HR administration, documentation, coordination, and basic people operations within a fast-paced media and e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative tasks under the HR Department
Support HR documentation including employee files, contracts, letters, and records
Help with attendance tracking, leave records, and basic payroll preparation support
Assist in recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns
Handle office administration tasks (filing, data entry, printing, scanning, etc.)
Assist in internal communications and memo preparation
Support HR events, meetings, and team activities when required
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR or management
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in
Human Resource, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
Good organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
