We support clients through research framework design, data collection and analysis, reporting, tailored training programs, and strategic communications. What You'll Do:

As an Admin Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in office administration, HR support, and organisational coordination. You'll play an active role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation. Support HR tasks such as onboarding, updating staff records, and tracking medical entitlements. Help coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and supply management. Provide basic IT setup and technical support for staff. Assist with simple bookkeeping tasks (payment vouchers, listings). Support travel arrangements, logistics, and document archiving.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field. Proficient in

English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)

. Familiar with

Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

tools. Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Able to commit to a minimum

12 weeks of internship
