We are seeking an organized and motivated Admin Intern to support the Sales Department. The intern will assist with documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales team with preparing quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents
Update and maintain customer records, sales trackers, and databases
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Follow up with customers on pending documents, payments, or appointment scheduling (as directed by Sales Team)
Handle phone calls, customer inquiries, and basic information requests
Help ensure proper filing, organizing, and documentation of sales-related records
Perform general administrative duties as required by Sales and Admin departments
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
