Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, from transaction recording and aging analysis to timely settlement and collection.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure the absolute accuracy of the company's financial records.
Analyze and compile comprehensive aging reports on a weekly and monthly basis to support strategic financial review and cash flow forecasting.
Drive efficiency in record-keeping by maintaining a highly organized filing architecture for both hard-copy and digital assets.
Execute strategic records management protocols to ensure the integrity of corporate data and the seamless flow of information for decision-making.
Exhibit flexibility in managing shifting priorities by taking on additional duties and specialized tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
Currently studying in Degree in Business Admin, Management, Administration or equivalent
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
Familiar with accounting software will be added advantages
