Assist the Director with the day-to-day operation of the office.
Assist with inventory for stationaries/learning tools, class attendance sheet, and other class related tasks that are necessary for the operations of the lesson.
Assist/coordinate in printing/distributing of learning materials books or eBooks' etc.
Assist in handles student's registrations, payments, tuition classes and other queries from parents
Manages student databases to track payment status, attendance, updating of student personal information and maintain student database.
Assist in schedule daily books shipments/postage for students and other logistic matters.
Assist to perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
Assist to create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Perform Ad hoc duties such as distributing book to students, maintain classroom & office hygiene etc.
Assist in setting up and arranging the rental space before and after use.
Oversee rental activities to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Record Management, Office Systems, Event Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently.
Demonstrate integrity, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferably a 3 to 6-month internship period.
