Main Accountabilities
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and
document preparation.
- Respond to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate
departments or personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all
times.
- Oversee reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering
inquiries, handling calls, and ensuring a positive impression of the
company
- Receive, record, and distribute mail, parcels, and documents.
- Provide work permit forms to visiting tenants and guide them on the
submission process
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services and
coordinate with external parties for document dispatch.
- Handle Admin-related Purchase Orders (POs) issuance and maintain
accurate records.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to
time.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
