Job Description

MNP Auctioneers is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Admin Intern to support daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This internship provides exposure to auction operations, client service, and office management, with opportunities for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with office administration, including organizing documents and records. Support event logistics and preparation for auctions and exhibitions. Assist in managing communications with consignors and clients. Help coordinate internal meetings, presentations, and reports. Assist in handling inventory and consignment-related paperwork.

Qualifications:



Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Fluent in English;

Chinese

proficiency is a plus.
