Job Description


Prepare and maintain accurate records, documents, and reports Verify and process paperwork, ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements Organize and file documents electronically or in physical format for easy retrieval Assist with coordinating and scheduling shipments, deliveries and pickups Communicate with suppliers, transporter, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate execution or logistics activities Monitor shipment statuses and update relevant stakeholders on any delays or issues Assist in maintaining inventory records Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock counts Reconciliation of discrepancies Generate reports on inventory levels and assist in inventory forecasting and planning Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding logistics operations Provide timely and accurate information Liaise with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to address any logistics-related queries or concerns Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and phone calls Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-yunda-express-sdn-bhd-job-admin-internship] Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification Interns and fresh graduates without working experience are encouraged to apply Candidates with working experience in the Logistics industry will be added advantage Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia Candidates who are well versed in Mandarin language for both spoken and written will be added advantage Computer literate, and familiar with Microsoft Office applications Proactive mindset, and high willingness to learn and adapt to different situation quick is crucial Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Result-oriented with a high degree of motivation, positive mind, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Able to multitask and uphold confidentially Candidate must be willing to work in Shah Alam
