We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Logistics professional to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics administration.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate delivery schedules and shipment documentation
-Maintain inventory and logistics records accurately
-Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
-Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and logistics reports
-Assist with customs and regulatory documentation (if applicable)
Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Business Admin, or related field
-1+ years of experience in logistics or administrative roles
-Proficient in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems
-Strong attention to detail and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Male candidates preferred
