Working closely with Operation Manager/Managing Director.
Managing Events (Technical), Sales & Operations.
Managing Online System (Founder, Ninja Van, or any system assigned).
Administrated office and its operation (product and services).
Operation and office related documentations.
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and documentation control & etc.
Dealing with general correspondence with external parties.
Other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience required.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Knowledge in MS Office especially good in MS Office Excel.
Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
A willingness to learn.
Willing to travel.
Can start immediately start JANUARY 2026
