Job Description

We are seeking an

Administration Manager

to oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient and well-organised workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities, and general administrative functions. Manage office supplies, assets, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Maintain proper administrative documentation, records, and compliance with company policies. Support HR with onboarding logistics, staff welfare initiatives, and office events. Handle procurement for office needs and provide administrative support for management and company projects.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience. Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office applications.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
