We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Manager to oversee and support general administrative operations across HR, logistics, and office departments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage overall administrative and office operations
Provide backup and support for HR, logistics, and general administration functions
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle office policies, procedures, and documentation
Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and basic HR administration
Support logistics and administrative coordination when required
Liaise with external parties such as suppliers, service providers, and authorities
Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and office compliance
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in administration
Experience handling HR and logistics administration is an advantage
Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills
Knowledge of Mandarin language will be an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
Able to work independently and multitask effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
