Job Description


  • Proven at least 1 year experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role will be more preferable.
  • Able to write in English and Mandarin
  • Have a qualification or pursuing an education in a related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication
  • Obey to superiors
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily tasks: answer phones, respond to emails, organize files, update documents and records, and maintain office supplies and cleanliness.
  • Perform basic accounting: data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking, updating financial records, and assisting in report preparation.
  • Handle client and vendor communication: manage billing and payment inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments.
  • Support departments: schedule meetings, prepare reports, assist in organizing company events, and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
