Proven at least 1 year experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role will be more preferable.

Responsibilities
Manage daily tasks: answer phones, respond to emails, organize files, update documents and records, and maintain office supplies and cleanliness.
Perform basic accounting: data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking, updating financial records, and assisting in report preparation.
Handle client and vendor communication: manage billing and payment inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments.
Support departments: schedule meetings, prepare reports, assist in organizing company events, and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
