ADMIN OFFICER Responsible for: \xe2\x80\xa2 All administration and human resources matters including office administration, recruitments, HR Affairs, employee matters, foreign workers issue, project tendering matters, pre and post contract (insurance, KDN transfer, notify CIDB & JKKP and etc) and MD personal matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liase with all government agencies regarding company and project matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for company financing/banking matters \xe2\x80\xa2 ISO 9001:2015 \xe2\x80\x93 QMR Job Functions : \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in all administration and contract matters including preparing the tender document, company profile, project Levi, insurance, utilities temporary supply, notify JKKP, and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Make an appointment, meeting arrangement, book flight and hotel reservation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Staff recruitment, benefits and welfare, training, attendance and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foreign workers \xe2\x80\x93 recruitment (fresh intake), application and renewing passport, permit, CIDB green card, responsible for their benefits and welfare, training and liaise with Immigration, KDN, CIDB, Embassy ( Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Bangladesh), ABM and others related bodies regarding foreign workers issue \xe2\x80\xa2 In-charge of all office administrations works and monitors admin\xe2\x80\x99s staff at Penang and K.L\xe2\x80\x99s branch. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liase with Banking and Financing Institution for loans and banking facility application \xe2\x80\xa2 As a QMR in ISO 9001:2015 implementations
