Handle daily administrative and clerical duties to support office operations
Manage customer orders, invoices, delivery notes, and printing job records
Maintain and update company databases using
SQL systems
Generate reports (sales, inventory, production status) from the SQL database
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on job status
Manage filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracy
Assist in stock control, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, IT, or related field
Knowledge of SQL systems
(basic to intermediate level required)
Experience in administrative work (printing or manufacturing industry preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
