Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Assist in daily clerical tasks, manage documentation, and ensure smooth office workflows.
Multimedia Content: Help design visual assets, social media graphics, and internal presentation materials (Training on brand guidelines provided).
Strategic Sourcing: Research and identify reliable vendors for supplies and services, ensuring we achieve value optimization and cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, compare products, and coordinate deliveries.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Multimedia, or any related field.
Fresh Graduates: Highly encouraged to apply! We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Tech Literacy: Strong skills in Google Workspace or MS Office for tracking sourcing lists and budgets. Basic familiarity with Canva, or social media tools is an advantage.
