Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory control.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
Maintain proper record-keeping for all administrative files and databases.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, and service providers when required
Driver & Company Car Management :
Manage company vehicles including road tax, insurance, service schedules, and inspection dates.
Coordinate drivers' daily tasks, routes, and availability.
Ensure logbooks and usage records are properly maintained.
Foreign Workers & Hostel Management :
Oversee workers' hostel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and full compliance.
Manage hostel occupancy list, check-in/check-out, and room assignments
Job Requirement :
Language Preference: Preferably Chinese (for ease of communication with certain staff or workers, if applicable).
Gender Preference: Male (to better manage workers' hostel and transportation responsibilities, if required).
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience with relevant administrative (including hostel and fleet management preferred).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
