Admin Officer

to serve as the vital link between our organization and our community (students, parents, and educators). The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and focused on delivering outstanding, proactive service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer & Community Engagement:



Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, professionally managing interactions via phone, email, and in-person consultations. Proactively assess and anticipate customer needs, providing accurate information and offering timely, comprehensive solutions related to our educational programs and services. Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all courses, schedules, and service offerings.

2. Program Coordination and Administration:



Guide and support new and existing clients efficiently through the entire student enrollment and registration process. Collaborate cross-functionally with academic and administrative teams to promptly resolve complex customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor service levels and track customer satisfaction metrics to consistently identify and implement areas for service improvement.

3. Data Management and Reporting:



Accurately maintain and update the customer database and student information systems (CRM tools). Systematically collect customer feedback and prepare insightful, regular reports on interaction trends and satisfaction levels for management review. Provide necessary administrative support for large-scale activities, including coordinating workshops, open days, and marketing events.
Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

At least

1 year

of demonstrable experience in a customer service, administrative support, or client-facing role is required.

Core Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (fluent verbal and written English is mandatory). Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, customer service platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workload, and maintain high standards of accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
