\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor receiving and issuing of parts from and to branches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue and tracking of local and oversea purchase orders according to agency lines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse stock levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issuing invoicing and transfer orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Shipment arrangement (air freight and sea shipment). Liaising with freight forwarding companies on delivery of shipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing and monitoring shipment status for urgent orders (VOR) and stock orders for branches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Travel to branches in Indonesia and Malaysia for warehousing and inventory related task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any other duties and responsibilities that will be given by the employer from time to time. Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Diploma with 3 years of inventory working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication & interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate with experience and hands-on ERP system and accounting software knowledge will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel \xe2\x80\xa2 Position to be based in Head Office, Kuala Lumpur.
