Job Description

Our client is an established plastic components manufacturer for automotive parts in JB, currently they are seeking an Admin Officer to join their Admin & HR Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise day-to-day administrative work. Example: office administration, organize maintenance of office equipment, source for competitive vendors for the best rates on office supplies, stationary and etc.
  • Implement office standards, policies, and procedures and ensure staff compliance.
  • Monitor and liaise with relevant departments/vendors for issues related to public area facilities such as aircon, canteen, pest control, hostel, transport, security, etc.
  • Assist in HR duties such as attendance, foreign workers and others.
  • Assist in ad hoc company events as and when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess at least Diploma in HR, Management related.
  • At least two (2) year working experience in Human Resources.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any relevant software programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
