Position: Admin Officer Responsibility: 1. Responsible for full spectrum foreign worker \xe2\x80\x93familiar with EPLKS system for updating renewal/ cancellation permit and matters related to insurance, passport updating, FOMEMA, etc. 2. Recruitment for direct workers. 3. Training & Development \xe2\x80\x93 HRDF claim, training plan, organise, liaise and conduct. 4. Handling disciplinary action 5. Responsible for new join orientation (on & off- boarding ) 6. Daily attendance \xe2\x80\x93 updating OT & Leave form, support in payroll monthly closing 7. Administration work -Handling uniform, locker, canteen coordinator. 8. Handling indirect purchase \xe2\x80\x93 all vendor , register, approval, PO & PR issue 9. Other duties as assigned by the HOD. Qualification: 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource or Administration 2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing related field is required for this position 3. MS office skill with intermediate or advanced 4. Employment act knowledge 5. Foreign worker affairs knowledge 6. Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn. 7. Able to start work with short notice period is a plus 8.
