Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
Prepare and doing the participate tender/quotation.
Include basic account process and HR Management.
To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
Good documentation and follow up skill to ensure the daily operation is running smooth for all department.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Top Management.
Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to employees.
Participate in the various processes of hiring, training, on-boarding and employee disciplinary issues.
You'll handle the daily HR and Admin duties of an organization and other tasks as and when the need arises
