Collect, verify, and record Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from drivers or operations teams.
Compile delivery and POD data for invoice preparation.
Coordinate with the accounts team to generate and send customer invoices.
Assist in coordinating daily delivery schedules and monitoring shipment status.
Update tracking reports, customer summaries, and operational dashboards.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery confirmations or document follow-ups.
Support the operations manager with data entry, reports, and administrative tasks.
Maintain organized filing systems for operational documents.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
Job Requirements :
Min SPM in a related field
Familiar with Microsoft Office and computer literate
5.5 Working days
