Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct regular and ad-hoc stock counts across retail outlets. Monitor inventory movements, including transfers and service stocks. Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Process CN/PV requests submitted by retail stores accurately and promptly. Analyze stock variance reports and highlight discrepancies or operational issues. Coordinate scheduled and surprise stock counts to ensure accountability. Process approved stock adjustments in the ERP system to maintain data accuracy. Prepare clear, timely, and insightful audit reports for management review. Support weekly and monthly stock and audit reporting for the division. Collaborate with retail teams to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. Perform any other tasks assigned to meet retail and audit objectives.

Requirement:



Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or any equivalent. Detail-oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel outstation for stock audit. Capable of handling enquiries professionally. Able to work collaboratively with outlet personnel.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
