Job Description

Working location: Centroz, Puchong



As an Admin Operations Executive , you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our day-to-day operations. Your duties will include:

Processing and packing orders for shipment.
Handling administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and data entry.
Tracking and managing inventory levels.
Uploading and managing products on our sales portal
Arranging courier services for shipments.
Responding to customer inquiries via instant messaging and email.
Key Responsibilities:

Punctuality: Consistently arriving on time for work.
Task Completion: Accurately completing assigned tasks.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, especially in data entry and inventory management.
Time Management: Effectively managing time to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to orders, inventory, or logistics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
