Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage customer warranty submissions for XPEL products. Ensure accurate processing and recording of technician commission payments. Coordinate and manage customer car appointments for PPF/tinted installation. Supervise proper filing and documentation of invoices, job sheets, and records. Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor stock usage and support inventory control activities. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to management.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in administration/operations (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
