Handling all administrative work related to student recruitment, admission and enrolment.
Monitor and assist in billing and payment collections.
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, students and promotional materials, placing orders as needed.
Monitor closely on the program deadline and compliance requirements.
Organize and maintain good filing system for quick reference, better document control and management in general.
Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support supervisor and management in decision making.
Provides secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the team.
Operation:
Coordinate between contractors for servicing and maintenance work regarding campus defects and related matters as necessary.
Handle all student services related matters, such as orientation program, counselling, examination, educational field trip, on-job-training hotel visitation, graduation and on-job-placement assistance.
Liaise with Registry, Finance and other Administrative Department on student related matter, such as student registration, loan document processing.
Maintain and update student data, student records, attendance logs, and other administrative databases in the College's student tracking system.
Attend to student's inquiries, feedback, complains and request.
Monitor students to adhere to the College's policies and procedure, and take necessary action.
Assist and attend to student's enquiries and request regarding hostel accommodation and education loan application.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
