Admin Role
Organizing events, scheduling meetings, memo and making travel/hotel arrangements.
Assist and handle task of company administrative and HR works especially insurance staff and registration certificate & license.
Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
Create and maintain proper filing systems, both in soft copy and hard copy, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Operation role
Prepare monthly project reports
Daily monitoring of subordinates' work performance to meet the requirements of customers/building management.
Arrange work schedule for subordinates and monitor their attendance
To maintain a good working relationship with Project Management team and Project Person in charge.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required skill(s); computer literate, MS Office especially EXCEL, Google Sheet.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in administration.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree in project management, business administration or any related qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills., organized, time-oriented person & a willingness to learn.
Prefer Female Muslim
Ability to multitask.
Able to start work immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
