  • Preferably 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar office support role (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities1. Daily Administrative Support:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering calls, handling emails, managing couriers, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as inventory control and ordering office supplies.
2. Document and File Management:
  • Organize, archive, and maintain company documents to ensure completeness and confidentiality.
  • Assist with internal and external document circulation, and prepare and proofread various documents, reports, and presentations.
3. Executive Support:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally to ensure efficient communication.
4. Administrative Policy Implementation:
  • Assist in developing and enforcing administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
5. Facilities and Environment Maintenance:
  • Oversee office environment management, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness, to ensure a tidy and safe workspace.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration and Workflow Optimization:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Demonstrate solution-oriented problem-solving skills, responding quickly to various challenges in daily operations.
7. .Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in arranging materials, equipment, and other resources for company course events to ensure smooth execution.
