Job description
Monitor and record daily attendance of operational and technical staff.
Track, verify, and compile overtime (OT) records, including approval from supervisors.
Ensure attendance and OT data are accurate and submitted on time.
Prepare, update, and maintain operational documents such as duty rosters & leave records, operational reports and internal forms.
Manage filing systems (hardcopy and softcopy) for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Assist in preparing documents required for audits, inspections, or management review.
Handle application, renewal, and cancellation of airport passes.
Maintain records of pass validity and ensure timely renewal to avoid operational disruption.
Liaise with operations, engineering, and HR departments on administrative matters.
Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and airport regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of staff and company information.
Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Prior administrative experience (Filing/Paperwork/Documentation).
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Willing to base at KLIA, Sepang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
