Job Description

1)Source and purchase goods, materials, and services

2)Request and compare quotations; support price negotiation

3)Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and approvals

4)Coordinate with suppliers on delivery, pricing, and issues

5)Maintain proper records (PO, invoices, DO, quotations)

6)Support inventory needs with store/warehouse teams

7)Monitor basic purchasing costs and support budget control

8)Prepare simple procurement reports

9)Ensure all procurement follows company policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
